— What is it?
Integrative Consciousness Therapy is an in-depth, concrete form of therapy in wich your true self, your natural state of pure awareness, is your greatest healingpower: that wich is permanantly present in the background no matter how much illusions, painfull emotions or survivalmechanisms are active on the foreground of your body/mind.
Learning to observe yourself from this place of neutrality and silence and guiding yourself from the burden of your patterns and identifications towards the underlying, surpressed pains & realities from your past, so they can be processed and integrated, is at the core of Integrative Consciousness Therapy.
The more you learn to do this ‘inner work’, the more you can rest and abide in your natural state of being.
The name Integrative Consciousness Therapy refers to:
- the different views that are integrated in the inner work of breaking the defensive patterns that are responsible for most of our psychosomatic, emotional, mental and spiritual problems, such as
- past reality integration
- non-duality
- somatic experiencing
- polyvagal therapy
- (and for clients that visit practice: the psychosomatic work of trauma release exercises, breathing and nutrition & supplement-advice based on a complemantary blood test called the EMB)
- integrating & healing the traumatic and frozen parts of the child we were
- the profound role of pure awareness and attention throughout the entire process and the conscious living as a result of that
— How does it work?
If Integrative Consciousness Therapy resonates with you, you can call or email me to make an online appointment through either Skype or Zoom or if you live in Holland, you can also visit the practice.
After a free, short (online) orientation to see if this therapy suits you, an intake session is scheduled to get a grip on what is is that you truly desire for yourself and where you are now fysically, emotionally and mentally.
In the online Skype, Zoom- or regular sessions that follow, you will learn to:
- recognise and shift to your true state of pure awareness
- view and witness yourself
- distinquish between your survivalstate, defense state and true self state
- recognize your defenses and triggers
- understand the conditioned dynamic of survival
- regulate yourselve to presence, open-heartedness and relaxation
- turn the survival dynamic around towards disidentification, breaking the pattern and processing the underlying pain
- be in your true self state more and more
It is difficult to say how many sessions you need to learn this process on your own and highly depends on your comittment and motivation as well as the openess towards truly doing the shadow work and embodying the more painfull feelings.
